The sequel to Overwatch was finally announced at Blizzcon 2019. After almost a year of leaks and reports, we have seen what’s next for Overwatch. Overwtach game director Jeff Kaplan surprised everyone when he said the game was going to be playable at Blizzcon.
The new game comes packed with new maps. But it still keeps the original heroes, maps and modes. A new addition is a 6v6 PvP mode called Push, the new mode will face to teams together on a race to make a robot push tha map’s objective to their opponent’s. You can play it in Casual and Competitive, and will also be played in the Overwatch League.
Also Overwatch 2 will feature a lot of PvE content, also “a complete story experience”. You can take on the roles of the Overwatch team members in a four-palyer co-op mission against Omnic forces on Story Missions. Hero Missions will have a different approach of co-op experience, it will enable players to level up their characters an earn customizations with new abilities.
