Release date and availability
Even though it was announced on November 13, the pre-orders are going to start on December 26. The release date will be in January 2020 in the US. The Razr will be exclusive to Verizon, offering a $62.49/month payment plan for 24 months.
For Europe, there was no date confirmed from Motorola but it should be at some point in December. They also will be releasing it in Australia, Asia, and South America at some point in the future.
Design
The 2019 version of the Razr looks just like its predecessor. Apart from the sizeable foldable display, you can see when you open it up. Also, the secondary display is even more prominent now and more useful.
The hinge
Motorola worked with Lenovo to make the hinge and, uses a complex mechanism of multiple hinges, sliding plates, and more to fold and unfold the phone. The phone lives up to the hype folds and unfolds smoothly and the crease is not visible.
